PVC Custom Patches
molded rubber · 2D or layered 3D · survives weather, mud and wash cycles
PVC patches are molded, not stitched: your design becomes a flexible rubber relief that shrugs off rain, mud, sun, and machine washing. This is the patch for hiking packs, range bags, uniforms, and anywhere embroidery would fray.
Because the design is a mold, PVC holds detail thread cannot: sharp small text, perfect circles, gradients simulated through layered color, and true 3D height differences between elements.
2D or 3D molding
2D PVC has flat color areas separated by molded lines, the standard for logo patches. 3D adds stepped heights, so a mascot literally rises off the patch. 3D adds about 20 percent and one extra proof round to sign off the height map.
Backings for gear
Hook-and-loop is standard for morale and tactical use, sew-on for permanent placement on packs and jackets. Adhesive backing exists but we talk most buyers out of it; PVC's weight wants stitching or hook-and-loop, not glue.

Common questions
They are the most durable patch we make. PVC is UV stable, waterproof, and flexible to well below freezing. Units and outdoor brands reorder the same molds for years because the patches outlast the gear.
Up to 10 in one mold, each filled as its own cell. Unlike thread, adjacent colors never bleed, so high-contrast small detail stays sharp.
10 pieces, because each design needs a machined mold. The mold stays on file, and reorders skip that cost entirely.
