Vest patches are big, stitched, and permanent. We embroider back pieces up to 12 inches, matching top and bottom rockers, and front member patches as coordinated sets, so a club order arrives ready to sew with every piece cut from the same thread lot.
One production note we insist on: sew-on backing only. Adhesives fail on leather within a season; stitching is what the vest world uses, and it is the only method we will put our name on.
Back pieces and rockers
A full back set is a center piece plus curved top and bottom rockers. We digitize the set together so the arcs align on a 20 inch panel, and every reorder cuts from the stored files, keeping member vests identical year over year.
For clubs and riders both
Solo riders order single memorial and humor patches; clubs order member sets with a roster spreadsheet. Both get 100 percent embroidery coverage as the default, the dense stitch style the vest world expects.

Yes. Club artwork is never shown as a sample or reproduced for anyone but the account that ordered it, and we can note single-club exclusivity on the account.
