Custom Boat Stickers
marine vinyl · salt and UV rated · registration-legal sizing
Boats are the hardest environment a sticker can live in: salt spray, constant UV, hull flex, and 70 mph trailer winds. Marine vinyl with a UV overlaminate handles all four, which is why boat names and registration numbers are one of our most reordered sticker jobs.
Send the boat name and font direction, or just the name and let our artists lay it out. The proof shows the design scaled on a hull photo if you send one, so the size decision stops being a guess.
Registration numbers done legally
US states require 3 inch block characters reading left to right, contrasting the hull. We cut registration sets to spec in pairs, pre-spaced on transfer tape, so application is one straight line, not 7 tiny decisions.
Names, graphics, and transom art
Boat names run as cut vinyl lettering or full printed graphics with fades and outlines. Cut vinyl lasts longest and looks hand-painted from a distance; printed marine graphics carry detail like ports of call and mascots.

Common questions
Above the waterline, 5 or more years is normal for marine vinyl with laminate. At or below the waterline we spec a heavier film and honest expectations: 2 to 3 seasons is realistic there.
Yes. Names ship on pre-masked transfer tape with application instructions and a squeegee. The method is tape-hinge, squeegee out, peel; a 3 foot name takes about 20 minutes solo.
Send a straight-on photo with a tape measure in frame and we recut the name to match font, size, and color for the damaged side.
