Coasters are the wedding favor with a second act: guests take them home and keep using them, names and date facing up, for years. Most couples run two versions from one design: engraved wood favors on the tables, printed pulpboard in bulk for the bar.
Send names, date, and the invitation for font matching, or a monogram if you have one. The layout comes back with the proof at no charge.
The favor version
Engraved maple or walnut, one per setting or boxed pairs per couple, with an optional kraft band printed with a thank-you line. At 150 guests the engraved favor runs about $2.60 a piece, less than most candle or soap favors that get left behind.
The bar version
Pulpboard coasters printed both sides at 500 or 1,000 handle the cocktail hour and reception bar. Couples usually put the monogram on one side and a bar menu or hashtag on the other; leftovers go home with the venue happily.
