Favors with a second act
The test for a wedding favor is what happens the morning after: does it go home in a pocket and get used, or does the venue sweep it into a bin? Everything on this page passes the morning-after test, which is why the same four products carry most of our wedding season.
One monogram or name-and-date layout runs across all of them, matched to your invitation suite from a photo, so the whole weekend reads as one design instead of four crafts projects.
- Engraved coaster favors → names and date in wood
- Reception koozies → the bar favor that leaves in pockets
- Labeled welcome water → hotel bags and aisle coolers
- Welcome totes → monogram bulk or per-name party bags
The two-tier favor plan
Couples who do this well run two tiers from one design. The keepsake tier: engraved wood coasters or boxed pairs at each setting, one per guest plus ten percent. The volume tier: koozies at the bar and labeled water in the coolers, three per guest, priced so nobody counts them.
Both tiers ship together to the venue with the coordinator's name on the boxes, on a delivery date set against your load-in. The wedding coaster page carries the full favor pricing table, and the koozie rush page exists for the week the date moved.

Wedding favor questions
Useful ones: coasters, koozies, and totes lead every keep-rate comparison we can make from reorders. Candles, soaps, and jars of anything photograph well and stay on the venue tables.
Printed koozies land near $1.20 per guest at 150, engraved wood coasters near $2.60, personalized welcome totes near $5.40. Most couples pick one keepsake tier and one bar-bulk tier.
Yes, photograph the suite and we match typefaces and tones across every piece in one proof, so the koozie, the coaster, and the water label read as one wedding.
Three to four weeks out is calm for everything on this page. Koozies rush in under a week when the date moves; engraved wood is the one to protect with lead time.
