Flat or puff embroidery
Flat embroidery handles logos and small lettering with clean detail. 3D puff raises bold letters off the fleece for the streetwear look, and it wants thick, simple shapes: block letters yes, thin script no. The proof shows your art digitized in whichever suits it, with our reasoning.
Placements that work on fleece
Left chest at 3 to 4 inches is the classic. Center chest at 5 to 6 inches suits wordmarks. Full-front embroidery above the pocket line is the premium statement, priced by stitch count. Hood and sleeve hits add personality for streetwear drops.

Common questions
Not when digitized for fleece: we adjust underlay and density for the pile, and hoop with stabilizer. Puckering is a digitizing shortcut problem, which is why we digitize in-house rather than auto-convert.
A 3.5 inch left-chest logo runs 8,000 to 12,000 stitches, inside our included allowance. Full-front pieces run 25,000 and up and are quoted from the digitized file before production.
Both, and a zip changes placement: left chest sits identical, but center-chest designs split at the zipper, so we shift or resize them on the proof.
