Custom Beanies
cuffed knit standard · embroidery, patch or woven label · order by October for winter
Beanies are the winter half of a hat program, and the cuff is the decoration zone: a tight knit band that takes embroidery, a debossed leather patch, or a folded woven label. Each reads differently, and all three are stocked builds here.
Construction crews, ski shops, breweries, and bands drive beanie season, which is why our beanie queue fills from October through January.
Three cuff treatments
Direct embroidery is boldest and cheapest. The leather patch matches a summer trucker program for year-round brand consistency. The woven label, folded over the cuff edge and stitched, is the quiet streetwear move. Mixing treatments across one order is fine at 24 per treatment.
Knit choices
The standard cuffed acrylic knit fits everyone and holds embroidery cleanly. Fisherman shorties run shallower for the workwear look, and fleece-lined knits cost about $1.80 more for genuinely cold crews. All take the same three cuff treatments.

Beanie tiers below include the cuff treatment; fleece lining adds about $1.80 per piece.
Common questions
Not when backed properly: we stabilize the cuff zone before stitching so the knit stretches around the embroidery, not through it. Logos stay crisp through seasons of wear.
October for November delivery, comfortably ahead of the gifting and resale window. January orders still make late winter, and off-season runs price identically.
Yes, same leather die or stitch file, same thread colors. Summer-winter matched sets are the standard year-round brand program and reorder together.
